Clean Eating BBQ Stew for the WIN!

So, this recipe is one of my favorites because my husband LOVES it, it is EASY and it is HEALTHY!!!


Pork Loin – Chicken Stock (about 3-4 cups) – Diced carrots – Red potatoes quartered – BBQ sauce


(1) Put it all into the slow cooker, stir until the BBQ sauce mixes with the chicken stock (2) set on high for 6-8 hours until the pork is falling apart (3) Take the pork out, shred, put back in and SERVE! YUM!!!!!

Nutrition per serving (about 2.5 cups per serving): 339 cal, 50 carbs, 3 g fat, 22 g protein, 3 g fiber, 21 g sugar (lower this by using a different BBQ sauce)
